bugger - I went to an old blog to copy instructions for putting in a link and I lost the very long and involved instructions that I'd already written - here are the new instructions ...
1. go to the symbol which is to the left of B symbol
2. it looks like a ball and a lying down 8 (what did the 0 say to the 8?), can you see it? (nice belt !)
3. click on this symbol
4. it'll bring up a box asking you for a URL
5. enter the link address
6. hit enter
7. it'll put something into your white space that looks like this:
<a href="http://www.urbanbeast.com"></a>
8. do not despair
9. if the code is not where you want it, just cut and paste to where you do want it, or highlight and delete, put your cursor where you want the insertion/link to be and go through steps 1 to 6 again.
10. okay !
11. breathe in, breathe out
12. now between the <a href="http://www.urbanbeast.com">code</a>
you've got to put a word like "code"
