Rob vs John James Audubon

Now I'm gonna have to find out who John James Audubon is. A recent review:

Robert Marbury's terrifying taxidermy makes me want to run down to my basement and put a lock on my box of bedraggled childhood stuffed animals for fear they might organize and come get me while I sleep. Imagine what happens when a plush toy has been overly loved, left out in the rain, then tossed from a truck and run over a few times. Add fangs and you've got nightmares. I like to picture Rob scooping up the battered remains of Whinnie the Roadkill and ferrying him back to the lab for a little cosmetic surgery and reanimation infusion. Rob photographs the feral beasts in their natural settings - they live throughout the urban areas you once thought safe. Marbury is the John James Audubon of the oughts, preserving these previously undocumented species on film.
